As a two-time survivor of sexual violence, Morgan is passionate about creating more inclusive and safe societies free from sexual violence. Prior to founding Vantage Point in 2017, Mercer concurrently served as the Head of Digital for an e-commerce startup and an Analyst for a digital agency where she has worked on high-profile contracts focused on attitude change and behavior change within the domain of complex social issues at the national level.
During her time leading all digital marketing efforts and managing internal cross-department communications for the 5-year-old e-commerce startup, SnobSwap, she led the company to its 3 highest grossing months back-to-back directly after her date of hire.
Mercer has made multiple appearances as a guest panelist for General Assembly 2017, VR Fest 2018, OWN IT 2018, has guest lectured for universities such as University of Maryland and has won and mentored at numerous hackathons.
Lawyer, producer, entrepreneur, Louisa Spring is an accomplished executive in the immersive media field. Louisa started her immersive journey with Harbottle and Lewis, UK media lawyers. She was charged with seeking out new technologies and discovered the world of VR/AR/MR.
Louisa worked on award winning VR campaigns for Mini-Cooper, NYTVR, the acclaimed game Firebird: La Peri, developed interactive products for hardware manufacturers, brought in over 3 million dollars of projects in 7 months at one company alone.
She's a former member of the board of BAFTALA, and practiced law in London for 3 years.

Ian Dawson, has more than 25 years of experience as Vice President of Production, Executive Producer, Head of Production, VFX Supervisor, and producer of VR/AR/MR and experiential initiatives, branding, motion graphics, visual effects, and post production at numerous studios. He has been awarded 11 Emmy award nominations, 7 Emmy awards, 11 BDA awards, 4 Telly awards, and a Clio.
Ian VFX supervised and produced the futuristic AR Jarvis sequences for Ironman 1 & 2. He produced title sequences for Ironman 1, 2, & 3, Sherlock Holmes, Speed Racer, Rock N Rolla, Tropic Thunder, The Incredible Hulk, Pirates of the Caribbean, Mission Impossible 4, and over 50 others.
Dawson has produced the broadcast and screens graphics on 10 Academy Awards shows and other live events such as the Grammys, Stand Up to Cancer, Tony Awards, NFL Honors, CMA’s and NatGeo’s Earth Live. Additionally, he produced the screen imagery for the Broadway rendition of Spiderman.
Ian has recently been focused on VR/AR/MR strategy and production with projects for the NFL, Converse, Facebook, Google, Reebok and others currently in development.
